Montgomery Blair Sibley, the former lawyer who represented the "D.C. Madam," really wants to publicize his late client’s phone records.
Sibley says he has the names, addresses and Social Security numbers of 815 clients who used the D.C. Madam’s escort service.
In 2007, a judge slapped a restraining order on that information, and Sibley has been fighting against it.
Earlier this year, he filed a complaint of judicial misconduct against a judge to lift the gag order. About two weeks ago, he checked back in on that complaint.
Then on Monday, Sibley reportedly hand-delivered an appeal to the Supreme Court and took to his blog to say his patience is running out.
He wrote that if he doesn’t receive a fair hearing and fast, he’ll consider the restraining order "void" and "will simply release publicly the Verizon Wireless Subpoena Return records."
