"State lottery officials say the lone winning ticket matching all six numbers was sold at Dixon Landing Chevron gas station in the city of Milpitas, about ten miles north of San Jose." (Via KFMB)

"My co-worker just called me right now. 'Did you buy your ticket at the Chevron?' I was like, no. She says, 'oh my God, someone just hit it there.' Crazy, could have been me." (Via KPIX)

The magic numbers for Wednesday's drawing — 17, 49, 54, 35, and 1, with a Powerball of 34 — were worth a grand total of $425.3 million after no one won big during Saturday's drawing. (Via YouTube / NCedulottery)

According to Powerball officials, the jackpot had been growing since December and had rolled over 15 times before Wednesday night.

As of early Thursday, the lucky winner had not come forward to claim their massive prize. The Chevron station will also get a nice payout of $1 million for selling the winning ticket.
