Rescue teams in the Philippines are working to free people trapped under mud and debris in the wake of Typhoon Yutu.
Yutu tore through the country on Tuesday, bringing heavy rains and triggering flooding and landslides.
Officials say more than 20 people are missing and believed to be trapped in multiple government buildings in a northern Philippine mountain province.
At least four people died in the province and 14 more were injured.
A total of 11 people have died across the region — all but one in landslides.
Yutu comes just six weeks after Super Typhoon Mangkhut pummelled the Philippines, causing landslides and killing more than 70 people. Mangkhut also caused at least $264 million in agricultural damages alone.
