A huge winter storm is still pummeling the U.S.
More than a dozen states have gotten snow, ice, sleet or all three, with storms causing power outages and disrupting air travel.
The flight-tracking service FlightAware.com showed more than 9,000 flights in the U.S. scheduled for Thursday or Friday had been canceled, on top of more than 2,000 cancellations Wednesday as the storm began.
States like Missouri and Indiana got heavy snowfall while North Texas and Oklahoma saw a lot of ice. In the South, other states are under flood watches from the same system.
The storm is now heading northeast.
