A passenger plane with Saratov Airlines crashed near Moscow on Sunday, according to Russia's Emergency Ministry. All 71 people aboard were confirmed dead.

A spokesperson for the airlines said, "Fragments of the An-148 and several bodies have been found near" the crash site. There were 65 passengers and six crew members aboard.

It's unclear what caused the crash, but possibilities vary from weather conditions to pilot error involving a technical malfunction.
