A U.N. official said Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte needed a "psychiatric evaluation" after Duterte insulted human rights officials.

In a speech Wednesday, Duterte called one human rights official "skinny" and "malnourished." He also said, "Don't f*** with me, girls."

The U.N. high commissioner for human rights said Friday that Duterte's comments were "unacceptable" and "absolutely disgraceful."

"It makes one believe that the president of the Philippines needs to submit himself to some sort of psychiatric evaluation," said U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein.
