President-elect Donald Trump has been named Time magazine's Person of the Year.
"You know, I didn't get Beyoncé and Jay Z and Bruce Springsteen to get crowds. I had just me," Trump said.
Trump beat out a short list of other influential people to nab the title, including Hillary Clinton, Mark Zuckerberg and Vladimir Putin.

Time lets its readers vote on the year's most influential person before the magazine's editors make the final decision.
This is Trump's second consecutive year to be in the running for Person of the Year. Last year, he was a runner-up to German Chancellor Angela Merkel, much to his dismay.
