Ten officials have been indicted in Iran over the shoot down of a Ukrainian passenger plane.

You might remember from last January, Iran initially denied being involved, then admitted its military mistakenly shot down the plane – killing 176 people. 

Iran released a report last month that blamed human error, but didn't name anyone responsible.
