Prince George is going to be a big brother. Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their second child.

Everyone’s favorite prince celebrated his first birthday just two months ago. His new sibling will be fourth in line to the throne, bumping his uncle Prince Harry to fifth in line. (Video via ITN)

Kate and William's office at Clarence Housefirst tweeted the news Monday morning, saying the pair is “delighted.”

UK Prime Minister David Cameron was among the many Brits offering his congratulations to the happy couple.

But despite all the excitement surrounding the second baby, the BBC’s royal correspondent noted the announcement was “lacking the constitutional significance of Prince George's birth - as things stand the unborn boy or girl is not destined to be a monarch.”

The palace confirmed doctors are treating Kate for acute morning sickness at Kensington Palace, and as a result she won’t be accompanying William on a scheduled visit to Oxford. (Video via Sky News

You may remember during her last pregnancy, Her Royal Highness wasadmitted to the hospital for hyperemesis gravidarum — a severe, sometimes dangerous, type of morning sickness that affects only about one in 50 pregnant women.

Unfortunately, still no word when we can expect the royal baby or whether George is getting a little brother or little sister.

But the speculation over a name has already begun. According to The Guardian, bookie Paddy Power says the favorites are Elizabeth, Henry and Victoria.
