Peru's ex-President Alberto Fujimori will be tried again in connection with a 1992 massacre.
Fujimori was recently pardoned from a 25-year jail sentence for human rights abuses and corruption due to health concerns. But the court says that doesn't excuse him from this second trial.
This new case revolves around the 1992 kidnapping, torture and killing of six people by a paramilitary group. Members of that group say Fujimori was one of the people giving them orders.
Fujimori says he's innocent and will appeal the court's decision.
