North Korean, South Korean and U.S. representatives are set to meet in Finland for talks, according to South Korean and Finnish officials.
The talks are expected to range from denuclearization to the potential U.S.-North Korea summit between President Donald Trump and leader Kim Jong-un.
Meanwhile, officials in Sweden met with North Korean diplomats Friday. There was speculation Sweden would also try to negotiate the release of three Americans held in North Korea.
