The annual World Happiness Report was released Wednesday, and apparently, life in the United States could be happier.

Out of 156 countries ranked, the U.S. came in 18th, falling four places from last year. The happiest country? Finland.

The report, published by the U.N. Sustainable Development Solutions Network, ranks countries based on survey responses in six areas: gross domestic product, social support, healthy life expectancy, freedom and generosity.

At the bottom of this year's report were South Sudan, the Central African Republic and Burundi.
