A judge ordered the Trump administration to pay the costs of immigrant family reunification and to notify the ACLU at least 12 hours before each reunion.

A Department of Health and Human Services report said there are 2,551 immigrant children between 5 and 17 to be reunited with their families. A judge ordered those children to be reunited by July 26.
