Two top aides for embattled EPA head Scott Pruitt announced their resignations Wednesday, according to multiple outlets.
Millan Hupp and Sarah Greenwalt worked for Pruitt going back to his time as Oklahoma's attorney general. Both received large pay increases at the EPA even after the White House denied the raises.
The reported resignations come as Pruitt faces numerous investigations into his spending and management decisions. Allegations of ethical violations have been followed by a number of other EPA resignations in recent months.
Hupp and Greenwalt will reportedly leave the agency in the coming days.
