Juul Labs is no longer selling its popular mint-flavored e-cigarettes.

The company said it made the decision "in light of" two recent studies that tied Juul to the rising spike in underage vapers. Those studies published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found more than 50% of those teenslike to use Juul products and that mint is one of their favorite flavors.

In a statement, Juul's CEO called the results "unacceptable." The company has stopped accepting orders for its mint flavor from retailers. It's also halting online sales.

This means Juul now only carries tobacco and menthol e-cigarette flavors in the U.S. It stopped selling other flavors last month, including mango, cucumber and creme.

The mint flavor reportedly represents roughly 70% of Juul's sales. Meanwhile, tobacco and menthol flavors account for 20% and 10% respectively.
