Russia says its Olympic membership has been "fully restored."
That's according to what the head of Russia's Olympic committee said Wednesday.
Russia was banned from the 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea over its ongoing doping scandal. Athletes from the country were allowed to compete under a neutral flag.
But a Russian curler and a bobsledder failed drug tests during the games.
As of Wednesday morning, the International Olympic Committee had yet to confirm Russia's reinstatement.
