The International Olympics Committee says it'll reinstate Russia's formal participation in the games if all their athletes' remaining drug tests come back clean.

Russian athletes competed as neutral "Olympic Athletes from Russia" during the 2018 Games as punishment for years of state-sponsored doping.

Two Russian athletes failed drug tests during the games. But if all other tests come back clean, Russia will be restored to the IOC sometime in March.

The Olympic Athletes from Russia were still not allowed to use the Russian flag during the games' closing ceremonies due to the two doping incidents.
