Hundreds Of Migrant Parents May Have Been Deported Without Their Kids

Hundreds of migrant parents who were separated from their children at the U.S.-Mexico border may have already been deported.

According to several reports, the Trump administration said in a court filing Monday 463 parents are no longer in the U.S., even though their children are still in the country.

The documents said those 463 cases are "under review," and it's unclear exactly why the parents left the U.S. without their kids.

But officials said earlier this month they had deported at least 19 migrant parents whose young children were still in custody.

The Trump administration has until Thursday to reunite all children ages 5 and older with their families. The government recently finished reuniting children under 5 years old with their eligible guardians.
