North Korea's latest ballistic missile launch prompted another emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council.
The council strongly condemned the launches but was less united when it came to what to do about them.
U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley called for more economic pressure on North Korea, saying nations that trade with the regime could jeopardize their relationship with the U.S.
Haley told the council, "There are countries that are allowing, even encouraging, trade with North Korea in violation of U.N. Security Council resolutions."
That follows a tweet from her boss calling out China's trade with North Korea.
Other nations, chiefly Russia and China, want a different approach: They're trying to persuade North Korea to stop its missile tests in exchange for the suspension of military exercises between the U.S. and South Korea. Both the U.S. and South Korea have rejected that plan.
Last month, the Security Council imposed additional sanctions on North Korea following another ballistic missile test.
