Spring is just about to begin, but it might not feel like it on the East Coast.
Forecasters say a storm system moving across the Southeast Monday could turn into yet another nor'easter, bringing even more rain and snow to the Northeast.
If they're right, this will be the fourth nor'easter to pummel the region in just three weeks.
But meteorologists say the track of the storm is still uncertain, and it's unclear exactly which major cities will see significant snowfall.
Many areas are still recovering from the previous nor'easters, which cut power to millions of homes and businesses and made travel dangerous.
